Joseph Olugbenga Agunbiade is a Strategic Consultant and Leadership Coach with over 20 years of ‘frontline iron’ forged in the UK’s most demanding Housing and Care environments.

For Team Managers: Having managed General Needs Housing, Supported Housing, and complex Extra Care ecosystems, Joseph understands the unique pressures of the frontline. He has governed multi-million-pound P&L budgets and led diverse teams through organisational storms. As a Consultant, he provides the Operational Resilience needed to reduce staff attrition, prevent burnout, and lead with dignity.
